MSU Flaming Fire can be expected to produce English Pleasure offspring when crossed with English Pleasure or Country English Pleasure mares. His genetic background is heavily weighted toward English Pleasure movement; his sire is Afire Bey V, currently the top-producing sire of purebred Arabian performance horses.

MSU Flaming Fire is a *Bask look-alike; he has extremely high action in front with a very strong rear-mounted engine. His video, filmed when he was turned loose in his paddock at age three, accurately depicts his natural ability to use his hips, stifles, and hocks to drive his front end forward. In person, his front action is somewhat higher than it appears in the video. He has a long, high-set neck with an appealing, soft expression through his face.

We like our horses to have excellent feet and legs, and MSU Flaming Fire is no exception. He has good solid bone and healthy hooves. He measures 15.0, and we expect he will mature around 15.1 .

MSU Flaming Fire is a rich blood bay - his mane, tail, and legs are all jet-black. He is a sweet and gentle horse, who is a pleasure to have in the barn. At his first show - Scottsdale 2002 - he was awesome!!!!! He received a top 10 in the English Pleasure Junior horse Championship (3rd amongst the 5 year olds) - the only 3 year old to do so in that class!!!! Just wait for him to mature in the show ring!!!!!
